At Undet (UAB Terra Modus), we want you to be completely confident before you buy. This policy explains our refund terms and your rights. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, FastSpring (fastspring.com).

Worldwide sales

Undet is sold worldwide. This policy applies to all customers. Where your country’s mandatory consumer-protection laws give you additional rights (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK described below), those rights always apply on top of this policy and are not affected by it. In countries without such mandatory rules, the terms of this policy govern your purchase.

Try before you buy — free 14-day trial

Every Undet product is available as a free 14-day trial, so you can fully evaluate the software with your own data, at no cost and with no obligation, before purchasing. We strongly recommend using the trial before you buy. Start your free trial here.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

However, because Undet licenses are digital products delivered immediately, this right ends once you activate and begin using the license, provided that at checkout you expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. This agreement is presented to you during the checkout process.

In practice this means:

  • If you have not yet activated or used your license, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once you have activated and started using the license, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Monthly (1-month) licenses

Because a free trial is available to evaluate the software beforehand, and because a 1-month license is delivered and activated immediately, once activated it is non-refundable. If you have not activated it, the 14-day withdrawal right above still applies.

ARES Commander licenses (partner product)

Undet is an authorized reseller of ARES Commander, a product of Graebert GmbH. ARES Commander licenses are delivered as Permission Keys that you add to your own Graebert account.

Because these keys are issued to you individually and applied directly to your Graebert account, an ARES Commander license is non-refundable once the Permission Key has been issued to you. Once a key has been added to a Graebert account, it cannot be reversed by Undet.

If you are an EU or UK consumer and you have purchased an ARES Commander license but have not yet added the Permission Key to your Graebert account, you may request to withdraw within 14 days; in that case we will arrange with Graebert to void the unused key before issuing your refund. Once the key has been added to your account, the purchase is final.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Undet licenses renew automatically. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge — cancelling is as easy as subscribing. Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed; however, if a renewal was charged in error or you cancelled but were still charged, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right.

Faulty licenses or order errors

If your license does not work, or something went wrong with your order (for example, a duplicate purchase), please contact us — we will always help you get up and running or correct any genuine error, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory — any clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient. We will acknowledge and process valid withdrawal requests promptly, and issue any refund due within 14 days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under EU, UK or other law.
