NOTE: When purchasing the Undet Software Suite, please be aware that it is a bundled package, and you will need to activate each software separately. Below are the activation procedures for both ARES Commander and Undet.
Activating ARES Commander
Activation via Activation Code:
You will receive an activation code in the format “0000-0000-0000-0000.”, to activate it:
Launch ARES Commander. Access the “License” or “Activation” section within the ARES Commander interface.
Enter the provided activation code into the designated field. Click the “Activate” or “Apply” button to complete the activation process. ARES Commander will verify the code and activate your license.
Undet software activation
1. Activation of new Undet license via the Management portal:
| 1. Log in to your account at the UNDET license management portal.
License management portal: https://activation.undet.com/ Login details are provided after the license is purchased. |
| 2. Select “Manage your licenses”.
|
| 3. Select the new license to activate.
|
| 4. Click to add a new license.
|
| 5. Insert SITE & MID codes*, and add a note with user name or computer ID.
Where and how can I find a UNDET license manager with SITE & MID codes?
|
| 6. Click on the generated activation code, and in the pop-up window, select it*.
* A triple left mouse click can be used to select the full code instantly.
|
| 7. Insert copied code in UNDET License Manager, select Unlock application, and press Continue >>.
|
2. Undet activation with the received “activation code”
If you encounter difficulties accessing the Management Portal or if the generated Activation Code is not functioning correctly, follow these steps:
| 1. Retrieve Your SITE and MID Codes:
Ensure you have your SITE and MID codes readily available. These codes are unique to your installation. |
| 2. Contact UNDET Support:
Reach out to UNDET support for assistance. You can contact our support team through the provided channels (phone, email, or the support portal). Inform the support team about the issues you are facing with your Activation Code. |
| 3. Support Assistance:
UNDET support will work with your SITE and MID codes to generate a new Activation Code specifically for your situation. |
| 4. Receive the New Activation Code:
Once the new Activation Code is generated, the support team will send it to you. |
| 5. Insert copied code in UNDET License Manager, select Unlock application, and press Continue >>.
